It is also important to keep yourselves healthy and well. Check out Chris Hadfield's video below called "An Astronaut's Guide to Self-Isolation". Based on his experience living in space he gives some great advice on how to take care of your spaceship! The school district also has a variety of online resources available to families through its website including Health and Wellness resources and Mental Health resources.

Many places have Nature webcams that offer a look into the Science behind animal behaviour and just laugh out loud funny animal behaviour. Some interesting ones are The California Academy of Science Penguin Cam, Seattle Aquarium Sea Otter Cam and the Zoo Atlantic Panda Cam. If looking for something that is calming and still connected to Science check out the Monterey Bay Aquarium Jelly Cam. For many more check out explore.org
